Cnidarian Collection
The collection comprises material whose acquisition began in the late 19th century. Most specimens originate from the Adriatic Sea, with a smaller number coming from the Mediterranean Sea and other European seas. The collection continues to be expanded through ongoing field sampling, as well as the subsequent preparation and processing of newly collected material.
