The museum is closed on: January 1, January 6, Easter Sunday, Easter Monday, May 1, May 30, Corpus Christi, June 22, August 5, August 15, November 1, November 18, December 25, and December 26.

Items left in the museum cloakroom are stored for up to 7 days. Please collect your belongings on time.
The museum is located in Zagreb's Upper Town. Due to the central location, we recommend using public transportation or planning parking in advance.
Visitors using wheelchairs can move freely through all exhibition spaces with the help of elevators and accessible entrances. The museum also provides accessible restroom facilities.
