Virtual Herbarium
The Virtual Herbarium of the Croatian Natural History Museum shows data and photos of herbarium specimens from the Herbarium Collection of the Croatian Natural History Museum, i.e. the Herbarium of higher plants and the Trinajstić Herbarium. Only inventoried specimens are photographed, together with their labels and associated information. The Virtual Herbarium is regularly updated as new specimens are processed. It provides experts and the wider public with access to the herbarium while reducing unnecessary handling of the stored material.
