Rules for organised groups
To ensure a pleasant and uninterrupted stay in the Museum, please familiarise your group with the rules of conduct before arrival.
These house rules apply to school groups and other organised groups and help ensure that the visit proceeds safely, calmly, and in accordance with the museum space and exhibition display.
School and organised visits
The responsible accompanying adult leads the group, ensures that the rules are followed, and is responsible for the behaviour of all group members throughout the visit.
Before arrival
Group visits must be booked 7 to 10 days before arrival and the group must arrive at the agreed time. In case of delay, the Museum should be informed in time so the visit can be adjusted to the available slot.

Rules of conduct during the visit
These rules are designed to protect the museum display and ensure a pleasant experience for all visitors.
Please inform us in good time in the event of a delay. An unannounced delay results in the visit being shortened by the duration of the delay, with no possibility of extension.
The accompanying adult is responsible for the behaviour of pupils and all group members.
Touching museum exhibits is prohibited, except in cases where museum staff explicitly allow it.
Visitors must behave calmly and appropriately; running and making excessive noise are not allowed.
Organised school groups must be accompanied by a responsible adult throughout the entire visit. Parents and accompanying adults are responsible for children during their stay in the Museum.
Food and drinks are not allowed in the exhibition areas.
Photography and filming are allowed unless otherwise indicated.
Mobile phones must be kept on silent mode.
The school or visit organiser is responsible for any damage caused by inappropriate behaviour of group members.
