About the journal

Natura Croatica is the scientific journal of the Croatian Natural History Museum, published since 1992 — originally in four issues per year, and biannually since 2009. It publishes papers in biology and geology, as well as studies based on natural history museum collections.

All manuscripts must be in English. Peer review is conducted by two external reviewers (single-blind). Publication is free of charge for authors.

Current issues and the full PDF archive are freely available online. Authors retain copyright and unlimited publishing rights. The journal charges no fees for submission, publication, or access.
