Diptera collection
The collection consists of dry-preserved specimens of flies (Insecta, Diptera).
The material originates from Croatia and the former Yugoslavia and was collected from the 1880s to the present day.
Data from the collection have been partially published in the works of Langhoffer, Baranof, Sisojević, Tošić-Simova, and Perović.
The collection is of an open type and is continuously being expanded and supplemented.
