Book promotion: “PS – Recognize a Tree”
On what would have been the 43rd birthday of our Zorana Sedlar, who lost her battle with a malignant illness in October 2020, her mother, the legendary radio host and editor Sonja Šarunić, will take part in the promotion of her book “PS – Recognize a Tree”.
A senior research associate at the Department of Biology of the Faculty of Science in Zagreb and a curator at the Croatian Natural History Museum, Zorana worked hard on the book until her premature passing and had almost completed it. To prepare it for publication, only suitable photographic material still needed to be found and the graphic design completed.
The book promotion will feature Dr. Suzana Buzjak, the book’s expert editor, Vesna Tokić, MSc, reviewer, Iva Veble Bladt, the book’s publisher, and young musicians: soprano Uršula Divošević, cellist Kaja Haramina, and violinists Katarina Vuzem, Estera Čelan and Jana Csiffary.
The moderator will be Sonja Šarunić, who is very much looking forward to this event, which will take place in memory of her Zorana — a cheerful, smiling, open-hearted scientist, teacher, mother of Vibor and Karla, always ready to help everyone.
