Central butterfly collection
The collection is a natural history collection in continuous development.
It consists of dry-prepared butterflies and moths collected from the late 19th century to the present by renowned Croatian naturalists such as Gušić, Grund, Koča, and others.
The majority of the material was collected in Croatia, as well as in Slovenia and Austria.
The collection is divided into two subcollections: butterflies (Rhopalocera) and moths (Heterocera).
