Echinoderm (Echinodermata) collection
The collection comprises material whose acquisition began in the late 19th century. Most specimens originate from the Adriatic Sea, with only a very small number originating from other seas. The Echinoderm Collection contains a portion of the species recorded in the Croatian fauna.
The collection continues to be expanded through ongoing field sampling, as well as the subsequent preparation and processing of newly collected material.
