How to submit a report

A report may be submitted directly to the appointed contacts:

  • by email to nepravilnosti@hpm.hr;
  • in writing, in a sealed envelope, to Croatian Natural History Museum, Demetrova 1, 10000 Zagreb, Croatia, marked “DO NOT OPEN – FOR THE CONFIDENTIAL CONTACT”;
  • using the irregularity reporting form available below; or
  • by phone at +385 1 4851 700.
