MUZZA – Science Week
From 17 to 19 June 2022, MUZZA Science Week will be held for the first time in the HALA venue, at Heinzelova 96A.
We are participating with an interesting program:

Exhibition description
The exhibition covers the following topics:
- tiny brain
- personalities of social insects
- care for dead individuals
- genetic structure
- the phenomenon of creating functional structures through association
- humans as a superorganism
Educational workshops
- making a beehive model
- ant bridge
- staging the symbiosis of ants and butterflies
- making an anthill model
- digital presentations and games
DNA Detective workshop – application of DNA barcoding in animal forensics
What is DNA?
What does it look like?
How do we study it?
The workshop consists of a multimedia presentation, a demonstration of DNA isolation from a banana, and solving an animal forensics case in a DNA laboratory.
