2️⃣ Film Night: Apollo 13 (1995) 🚀🌕
⏰ 7:00 PM – 9:30 PM
After the lecture, we continue with a screening of the iconic film Apollo 13, which follows the dramatic real-life mission from 1970.
🌕 Why Apollo 13?
Apollo 13 used a free-return trajectory around the Moon — the same type of trajectory that will be used by Artemis 2. This path allows a spacecraft to safely return to Earth in case of a malfunction, just as Artemis 2 will do.
The film shows how knowledge, technology, and teamwork enable astronauts to overcome the greatest challenges of space exploration.
