Download the request formThe public authority body (the :contentReference[oaicite:0]{index=0}) is obliged to provide access to information by timely publishing information about its work in an appropriate and accessible manner, as well as by providing information to users who have submitted a request.
The user may specify in the request the preferred method of receiving the information. If no method is specified, the information will be delivered in the manner in which the request was submitted, or in the most cost-effective way.

Act on the Right of Access to InformationThe right of access to information includes the right of users to request and obtain information, as well as the obligation of public authorities to provide access to requested information or to publish information independently of a request when such publication is required by law or other regulations.
Reuse of information means the use of information held by public authorities by natural or legal persons for commercial or non-commercial purposes different from the original purpose for which the information was created.

In accordance with Article 25 of the Act on the Right of Access to Information, an appeal against a decision of a public authority may be submitted to the Information Commissioner within 15 days from the date of delivery of the decision. A complaint regarding the work of a public authority may also be submitted to the Commissioner.
